The Key Health Professions Community is based on high standards for academic performance combined with the support and resources students need to succeed. With a limited number of spaces, we want to be sure that the Key Health Professions Community is a perfect fit for both the student participant and the program.

  • Contribute positively, respectfully, and civilly to the Key Health Professions Community of students, staff, and faculty
  • Fully abide by residence hall and Colorado State University student conduct policies
  • Be a positive representative of the Key Health Professions Community
  • Live on the Key Health Professions Community designated floor in a suite-style hall
  • Enroll in the Key Health Professions designated Seminar class and at least two additional Key Health Professions designated courses
  • Meet with a Health Professions Advisor for pre-professional guidance at least once each semester (fall and spring)
  • Attend at least 3 Key Health Professions Community programs per semester (fall and spring)
  • Take part in the Key Health Professions sponsored service event in Spring 2013
  • Move into a suite-style hall between 8:00am-12:00 pm (noon) on Wednesday, August 15 to participate fully in Key Orientation (August 15-16, 2012)
  • Attend the Spring Semester 2013 Key Health Professions Kick Off Event

In this community, students take advantage of group study opportunities, health professions interest workshops, and opportunities to build connections with faculty, staff and students.

The Key Explore Community provides undeclared first-year students with the opportunity to explore their majors and academic paths. In this residential learning community students will have a chance to create your own story in order to plan your major, career, and leadership paths.

The Key Service Community is a first-year residential community devoloped around the theme of "student leadership and civic engagement." In this community, students take advantage of year-long service opportunities building connections with faculty and community organizations.
